Regarding Uncharted 3; do you mean the presentation at the Sony conference? I only ask because while I think Uncharted 3 will be an incredible game and it is my most anticipated PS3 game this year, hands down, I thought the demonstration during the Sony conference was pretty vanilla. Nowhere near (IMO) best of show quality (the demonstration/presentation specifically).
Back on topic: I've made no bones about my love affair with Gears, so obviously Gears 3 for me, however if we were to remove Gears from the equation it would be a toss-up between Skyrim and Uncharted 3 for me.
