You couldn't be any more wrong. Don't know what kind of projectors you had before but the new DLP chips own pretty much anything for the price. You probably had LCD projectors or old DLPs which had rainbows...or you had one pointing to a wall and not a proper screen. Screen quality and type is extremely important for a good projector picture.

I own an 3D TV in the bedroom, 3D 120 hz monitor and a 3D projector. So I am not "tricking" anyone in to buying something I may be biased towards. I see all of them side to side with same content. Projector wins...easily.
