Maybe there is a reason for low numbers of announcement of really new games for PS3/360.
Isn't it possible that Sony and MS know that this generation will end soon? Perhaps late 2012 both will introduce new systems.
MS has indeed not enough IPs (or use them). And this not good for 360.
