What gives you any more right in that case than in another.

Of course i don't particularly hold that view. To me abortion is an imperfect solution to an imperfect problem.

The perfect solution is education and birth control. Or near perfect anyway. Education seems to do wonders for that kind of thing.

What are you going to do about the huge backlash when you make all aboriton illegal? Crime lvl will rise. The # teen suicide, and dumpster babies will increase. There will be a bigger # of highschool dropouts.

There are problems with every plan.

I agree the best answer is education and birth control but unforunatly that onle ever goes so far. It would be nice if we could do that and the problem will go away but it wont. The key is to lower abortions not to stop them but for me I think when the baby thinks it is killing so standing by that belief that why I would end 3rd and 2nd term abortion.


 My plan is to keep things as they are and greatly increase education on these matters along with making birth control safe and easy to get ahold of.  Even without parents permission or knowledge.

Also education about abortion, childbirth and the developmental steps of a child.  If after the education levels are good enough, birth control prevelant and they understand everything and the abortion rate doesn't go down then i'd say our society has a much bigger problem on our hands that just has to deal with the people in our country when it comes to personal responsibility in general.  

Either way if you want to draw a line in the sand.  The 12th week would be the week to do so, with an EEG test being applied for later abortions. 

Over 75% of abortions tend to happen before the 12th week anyway, though there are problems with this as often times women don't even know they are pregnant or are more along then they thought.
