I would also by the way make it illegal to have an abortion or kill a baby if there was a better then even chance that either the mother or the baby survived. After all, otherwise you are just killing one life to save another.
What gives you any more right in that case than in another.
Of course i don't particularly hold that view. To me abortion is an imperfect solution to an imperfect problem.
The perfect solution is education and birth control. Or near perfect anyway. Education seems to do wonders for that kind of thing.
