WiFi. I'm probably going to be moving around quite a bit over the next four-five years (and I mean, countries), and so I don't want to be tied to any contracts that I have to keep paying for when I'm not even using the service (paying for 3g (/4g in a later model, let's be honest) on o2 in UK whilst I'm currently living in the USA, and then having to pay AT&T, also, would be an absolute piss take).
Plus, I'm not a fan of multiplayer gameplay on handhelds, so I'll only be using the connectivity for downloading stuff, perfectly fine to be limited to only doing that when at home. Any kinds of communication can be handled by my cell phone.
