Presumably, it can also lock up third-party support, since such was conspicuously absent at the Sony conference. All the bullet points you laid out are true, and were true for the DS/PSP generation (sans price), but we all know it boils down to the games, and Vita doesn't seem to have those. Mind you, neither does the 3DS. :-/

you do realize apart from the games announced that there are over 150 devs working on PSV titles right? Not saying they will all complte their projects or w/e but Vita has the support..LOTS of it
