As much as I like the Kinect I didn't need to see stage demos of Dance Central 2 and Kinect Sports 2, although I'll likely be buying both.
I thought the Mass Effect 3 stuff was great though.
Overall the conference was decent, not horrible, not awesome. Although honestly it would have been much better if the majority of it hadn't been leaked beforehand.
