That's because they shipped a lot during the holidays. Kinect had just launched.

Outselling PS3 by 600,000 is something they did during the holidays, not in the 1st quarter. The gap is still 3.4 million.

PS3 as it stands now has a huge advantage. Its selling more than 360 and will continue to do so.

Microsoft just announced  55 million before e3.  Like i said i believe vgchartz is having problems tracking xbox and the kinect effect ...especially in the middle east where kinect is big!Don't think there are 1.3 million xboxs on shelves or in channel.  Only logical reason would be if they announced a price cut but that didn't happen
