Metroid Prime on hard difficulty, i just couldn't quite beat the last boss. The story mode of F-Zero GX was infuriating, but i got there in the end.

Prime is so much fun once you get the hang of hard mode.. besides on hard I always found the Omega Pirate to be the hardest boss
