They feel about the same to me. I prefer the 360 for its slightly stiffer analog sticks and its triggers. I prefer the DS3 for its d-pad and its sturdier L1 R1 buttons. That's about it.
The spacing, the rumble, the analog positions, the speed at which I recognize the buttons, the accidental hitting of the guide buttons, the grips, the amount of time it takes to charge them, the response time--everything else all feel darn near identical and I transition between the two seamlessly.
