1. This is plausible. Sony hasn't really managed to break out of the 360's sales pattern yet, but they might. Still, I think it will take something more than some AAA titles to accomplish this feat. 360 had plenty of AAAs in 2007 only to see a modest improvement over 2006 sales.
2. I don't see how how PS3's Holy Trinity of two unproven (though promising) titles and one solid (but not quite blockbuster) franchise outweighs Nintendo's two guaranteed blockbusters and Wii Fit, which is proving its worth in Japan right now. I also don't understand how getting these titles out in early '08 is somehow weaker than Sony's late '08 release dates.
3. While Sony and MS release a new SKU every quarter, I don't see why Nintendo would release a new SKU when they're desperately trying to make enough units to satisfy current demand. Fail.
4. GTA a success? What an insightful prediction.
5. EA acquiring assets? Golly, will there be a new Madden released, too?
6. Yeah, this is where all the growth is. Grats on noticing.
7. Thank you Captain Obvious.
8. This may or may not be true. A better prediction is whether or not anybody will care either way.
So I rate these predictions to be 50% obvious, 40% wrong, and 10% whatever.

"The worst part about these reviews is they are [subjective]--and their scores often depend on how drunk you got the media at a Street Fighter event." — Mona Hamilton, Capcom Senior VP of Marketing
