Apart from the obvious lag at 0:28, GT5 already put me of head tracking. Even when controlling it precisely without lag with the thumbstick it's more disorienting then useful. You need a stable reference point to take the corner perfectly. I can't stand it either when it's done automatically in TDU2 and Shift 2.
But maybe you can get used to it if you use it long enough. I'll stick with bonnet cam with a wide field of view. Just look at that video, a least 60% of the screen is covered by the dashboard, leaving 1280x288 pixels to see the road ahead of you.
