I dont see MS getting rid of the Kinect-less SKUs. Those SKUs fill marketing roles.
4GB Kinect-less will be at or lower price than Wii.
250GB Kinect-less will be at or lower price than PS3.
MS doesnt want to have lowest price more expensive than the Wii and they dont want the HDD version to be higher price than PS3. So I really suspect you will see a $50-$70 price reduction on the Kinect-less SKUs and $100 price reduction on bundled versions.
Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.
