You are overestimating how much the governments care about Sony.

If governments wanted to regulate the Internet because of any hacking, they would probably care more about Lockheed-Martin's recent hack, which may actually have exposed information that matters to the government (weapons stuff).

In any case it's not really possible to stop hacking by regulating the Internet unless they shut it down. Censoring websites or shutting down specific domain names or servers is not going to stop hackers.

If the government starts regulating the Internet, hackers would be nothing more than a nice scapegoat.
