It makes sense to continue with the Cell. That's the only way we'll be getting backwards compatibility. The emotion chip was quickly scrapped from the ps3 to save costs. There's no way they're going to include the old cell processor next to a new architecture in the ps4.
Will this mean 2 main cores with each 7 spu? (pretty much what was originally intended for the ps3)
Is the clockspeed going to be higher or stay the same at 3.2ghz?
