Indeed. Immortal makes good points, such as perspective, but in this case, with the PSP being Sony's first handhed (which in some instances, challenges Nintendo's complete dominance of that area of the market), not ony is that a notable success, but also that it's making the company money.

In short, anything that sells 70 million is a success (again, especially given it's a non-Nintendo handheld). For a PlayStation though, depending on how you judge it, it can be considered low.


it got outsold 2 or even 3 to 1. nintendo didnt change its gameplan sony had to. the psp to me is a big failure if it was to challenge nintendo in the market it had to sell easily 100 million minimum
