I can't help but wonder what would happen if SE put all their resources and effort on what they do (did?) best, JRPGs.
Why not use all this time and money to make the best FF and DQ possible and bring a new JRPG once in a while? I mean, they can still have Eidos to do some Western titles like Batman and TR, but SE itself should focus more on JRPGs.
It sounds like they're trying to be like the big Western companies, but they're failing misserably. Although they're succeeding in what Western companies do best, which is accumulating losses...
