Not for a while. No point from the manufacturers standpoint.
Broadcast 3D is 1080p/2 per eye
Console 3D gaming is sub 720p
Bluray 3D is supported at 1080p since its 24hz
PC 3D gaming is very niche and there is no point for Samsung Sony and rest to put more expensive components in to the TVs since they won't be universaly supported for another 4-5 years. PS4 and xbox 720 maybe.
Only devices which allow 120 hz input are 3D monitos which have to use dual link DVI ports for 120hz. Such as this - http://3dvision-blog.com/tag/27-inch-3d-monitor/
That one is neat as it has both HDMI 1.4 and dual link for 120hz true 1080p 3D.
