Slimbeast posed a really important question. Why choose a new console with barely no games and a higher price tag than consoles already in the market?
As much as important as the question is, in the end, in essence, the console will be bought with not a great deal of games and a higher price tag. Why? Well everytime a new console is released, there are already 2/3 consoles with a great library of games and a lower price tag and still, new consoles sell. Why? Because they are a breath of fresh air on the gaming market; they bring new possibilities; exclusive games.

If a console needed great games and a low price tag, probably no console would really get off and would end up dying sooner than later.

What happens is that sooner or later a great number of people end up buying the new console because that game they want comes out, even if there aren`t a lot of games or the price isn`t as low as they would want them to be, it`s just that the game that would "convert" them to new system is out - no so linear as i made it look like, but the meaning is there.

Plus it will be the home of Mario Kart and Smash Bros!
