It's pretty easy to wait until E3 for a little bit more confirmed facts on what can be expected of Project Cafe before doing Nostradamus impressions.

As for the whole port issue, unless Nintendo has made the error of making Windows PC game ports difficult, it's safe to say that the ports it receives will be based on the PC versions/code/assets, rather than the console versions of games optimized to run on the 360 or PS3.

Unfortunately, not all console games are developed on or for Windows PC. So it will be the games that were natively coded for Project Cafe that should reasonably be expected to be the most important to the platform, starting with 1st party Nintendo games.

It could be a great replacement console for the Wii to all those who are a little tired of playing 720x480 res games on their 1920x1080 displays, or it may bring something entirely new to the console market like the Wii if it releases with software that truly showcases the unique features of the platform not possible on other platforms.
