Then what's the verdict on kung? Willfull misinterpretation, or lack of reading comprehension?
OP clearly states the offer may cause a loss of sales, citing his own anecdotal evidence, and asking for the opinions of others. Whether he is a customer or not, this is a valid question, that should be given a serious answer.
