A million seller is a tough feat on any home console on any conditions in Japan at this point, and that's what they're up against. Granted PS3 seems to be a healthier environment for games of this type at this point, but then we have to factor in that these are basically remakes of games on a much more popular platform (PSP), and putting it on consoles will immediately void out the greater appeal the handheld franchise has of local multiplayer, unless they implement splitscreen (so factored into Japanese consumer values, this is likely a more expensive remake that is inferior in the respects they most care for)
It's possible, but i would put likelihood at low.
