I believe, what was seen in the Apple study, along with other brands, like Harley-Davidson (and also likely videogame consoles and companies), is they all trigger the same part of the brain as religious devotion does. I do wonder if this is a new study, or the one I remember reading about in the past (or it was in video clip I watched).
