I'm sorry, but at what point did Sony ever say, "Hey, our PSN is unhackable, so just try and hack it."  That never happened.  And anyone of these "exaggerators" saying Sony even alluded to such is just nonsense.  And any proof we have that Sony was greatly lacking in security has been nothing more than hearsay on forums.  Which makes people who keep mindlessly repeating, "Sony just left the door open for them" look foolish.

No but they egged on the hackers in their own way. The entire Geohot saga wasn't really needed.
