It's not going to work and it's unnecessary to begin with. Whenever someone thinks that a game really is underrated, there's a thread with a detailed original post about it. Then people chime in and talk about their experience with the game and those who didn't play it, but had interest, will ask questions or at least read the impressions of others. Trying to force a coordinated approach isn't a good way to tackle this. It takes people different amounts of days, weeks or even months to finish a game, so by the time it's time to discuss the chosen game some may have already forgotten about it and don't show up for the thread and others aren't ready for it. The more spontaneous approach I talked about in the above paragraph does much more to help underrated games get more attention. |
Well, that's why I said it would need a somewhat sizeable community, so there would always be some people to discuss the game, and I thought a month would be enough for most people. And the rules could be changed.
I already thought about what you said and I understand it, but I thought I would still give it a try.
