I am so uterly shocked at this news. I mean, who could have thought of such an outrageous thing?! Not Anonymous?

You know, if they don't leak any of the information, and don't abuse it themselves, then this hack was actually VERY beneficial for all of the PSN users. It displayed what a piece of shit system Sony had set up that could have been exploited by people that do intend to abuse personal information, and now it is fixed. Still, I wonder what will happen with all the info.

"that could have been exploited by people that do intend to abuse personal information"

huh? like other networks that can be hacked into? hey man if you can name me a network that can't be hacked into i'lll be the most surprised person in the world... hell even the most secure networks of all used and maintained by the militery are hacked into

You're totally right, like that one time when Anon hacked Amazon and took down their servers.

Oh, wait, that's right. Anon FAILED to take down Amazon because Amazon isn't run by dyslexic chimpanzees.

The strawman excuse of "well, other people CAN get hacked, mind you, they HAVEN'T, but theoretically, they COULD" is so fucking lame. Just give it up.

so i'm to gather that yes you do believe amazon can't be hacked? and that some networks are therefore incapable of being hacked? and that the militery's networks are protected to a lesser extent than amazon's? if so well i'll be honest i'd find that to be "fucking lame"

oh and btw when did i ever present any excuses? and what were those excuses presented for? as far as i remember i only made the point that no networks are safe from hacking
