Yes, because this totally isn't the first "OMG we can live on Earthlike planet" situation. And we can totally travel at the speed of light (unless you're on some sort of wicked diet to achieve negative mass). Oh, and we totally wouldn't overpopulate and overpollute such a planet within mere decades if we did somehow colonize it.
