My small contribution. First impressions after a few hours in the game.
FIrst of all, the facial expressions are really amazing. This makes the game so much more interesting. And it is an integral part of the gameplay during interrogations. You really have to study the suspects during the questionning to make the right decisions. I read some posts bragging how easy all of this is, but I find it very complex and fascinating.
All of the gameplay mechanics work really well. The driving is fun and feels a lot like Mafia 2. The city itself is good looking and is freaking huge. I can see myself spending hours just driving around, discovering the landmarks and taking in the sights. Since their is a lot of checkpoints, it's fun to do.
So far, the gathering of evidence is spot on. The level of details is great and it makes for a really immersive experience.
And finally, I think that it's great to see a game that demands observation and some thought process. I sure hope it sells well. I want more game like it and Portal 2.
