No, they're catering to 100% as they continue to make products for both, you're just choosing to ignore the Halos, Forza and Gears.

So between Halo,Forza,Gears and Kinect we've covered all tastes of everyone who owns a 360.  Gotcha.

I'd mention Fable if not for the not-even-as-good-as-a-spinoff Fable 3. I foresee a new Fable being announced. I'm very wary of it, in any case.

On the bright side, if Codename: Kingdoms ends up being an RPG (As many first-person melee games are) that could be collected as a title into that ever ambiguous web under the denomination "core" games. I seriously hope it is, with one hand on the controller stick.
