Some of us are in some unique situations though and have not used PSN on our new consoles. We have to wait for those emails. There is no avoiding it. I've reached customer service twice now, the first time they'd told me to call back if it doesn't get sent within 24 hours, the second time they'd said that I should wait just a bit longer then call back (that was 5 hours ago). It's not as if I hadn't tried doing it on my PS3. If you were to look on the official blog, you'll notice many people having the same issue as I am - "There is an error with the server" is the response when trying to login. Calling people stupid and idiots for simply doing what they must and what they are told by Sony is absurd. |
Pretty much.
I took Consumer Psychology and was recruited to go to college for it....
knowing how things like this work doesn't help you explain why any better.
I mean shit, I don't even really care about the whole sony breach, yet feel the need to argue against people who for unknown reasons are defending a company that has clearly messed up.
When a company messes up they deserve all grief and frustration directed back at them... because it's all grief and frustration caused BY them.
