Relax. A few extra hours of no online gameplay isn't going to have a big impact on your life. You can play single player games, or you are bound to have some other hobbies. Listen to some music, watch a movie, turn on the TV.
Sony mess up, yes. So do all big companies, but I guess Sony seems to mess up quite a lot. I don't care though, their products are so good in my opinion that I am willing to overlook a few mess ups.
