I've been waiting for over 13 hours now just to recieve the bloody email.
A bit frustrating.
Apparently some ISPs are throttling the emails due to the sudden large influx of them. That being said, a buddy of mine with the same ISP had no issues (also in the same situation - different PS3 than what was used to create the PSN ID)
