Well, did you get an email from Sony about changing your password?

Yep.

I guess all you can really do then is call customer care. How I dread recommending someone to call Sony's PS3 service line. I never once had a good experience with those dick holes. They make me feel insignificant every time I call them.

I'll just wait it out. If I wasn't going to buy a house in the next two months, I'd go to the store and buy a 360 right now. I'm reaaaaaaaaallly tired of this PSN fiasco. Sony doesn't deserve my money at this point.

I was going to wait until Oct/Nov to buy a new 360 and this just may be enough to accelerate it by a few months.

Well I gave my sincere advice, but it seems you had a different agenda this whole time with this thread.

Good luck.

Yeah, a different agenda. At seven o'clock, I had the audacity to think that I might be able to buy a PSN game because I got an email telling me I could reset my password. It's now nine o'clock and I still can't even do that.

20 days after buying Portal 2, I still can't play it online because I need to log into PSN to activate my PC/Mac code. Approximately 25 days after receiving my SOCOM 4 beta code, I still can't play it because I can't get into PSN. I can't buy any PSN games I want to play. I can't play any of my current games online. MY INFORMATION WAS RELEASED INTO THE WILD.

Apparently I should just take this on the chin and grin, eh? This has been a giant clusterfuck since day one and I won't apologize for taking Sony to task for it. They deserve every word of malice I have to throw their way.

All. I. Want. Is. To. Play. Some. Games.

It's not an unreasonable request.
