I'm in a somewhat similar situation involving a girl from one of my classes last semester. I've been trying to track her down since class ended, but no luck. =/
OT: I would say ask her out again, since at this point it can't really hurt, but I know if I were in your situation I'd struggle to actually do that. I hope whatever you decide to do works out well.
