It says it will send me an email but I never received it.

Just sign in like normal and it will force you to change your password.

Strangely it's not the same for me. Instead of asking me to change my password they tell me that I have to do it using a PC and following the instructions that I would receive by email.

Edit: Just received the email! Odd that it was different for me.

Because the PS3 you have right now isn't the PS3 you originally made your account on.

Sony said that you can change the password 2 different ways

a) Immediately from the PS3 the account was made on.

b) Email address attached to the account.

c) You masturbate to the thought of Johnny Depp.

Although I already changed my password using option b, I'm going to try option c, you know just to be sure I've done it right.
