Agree. My guess is NGP will be relative to PS3 similar to how PSP is relative to PS2, whereas Cafe should hopefully surpass PS3 pretty handily (though i suppose that was the case with the relations between Wii PS2 and PSP)

Hopefully however Cafe introduces something that would make porting to a portable an unappetizing option. Something unique and catchy like the Wiimote

but i would imagine the Wii2 will be more powerfull than the ps3, as the WII 1 was to the gamecube

if that is true then the PS3 is a lot weaker than everyone has been saying because the released specs are miles behind. I imagine that is just the usual marketing speal.

so far most of the specs arent official.

also it doesnt have to be as powerfull as the ps3 inorder to produce similar graphics. its on a much, much smaller screen, so resolution can be a ton lower, you wont need as many textures, etc. to produce games that are on par with their ps3 counterparts
