Installs take no more than 5 to 10 minutes. I have never played nor heard of a game that takes "Hours" .... So that is pure made up BS right there. Secondly, if I can do a 5 minute install when i first buy a game and play it for the first time, speed up load times, and NEVER have to install it again for as long as I own the game, that is pretty nice. I also could care less if I had to change a disc, I played a lot of multi disc games in the PSX era and never had a problem swapping discs. I just wanted to set you straight on the made up "hours to install" comment.
