This would never happen, I don't understand where these stupid ideas come from. Many changes would have to be made, in fact I would predict many Scottish to emmigrate elsewhere due to a decision like that. If you hate Scotland then allow this to occur, which I don't due to my Scottish heritage despite being mainly English.
