The sinister air with which you cast Sony is quite believable, not what you accused them of specifically, but how a lot of this is in their nature. Given that Sony's one of the lead cheerleaders for the bill to make America's internet more like China's, it's not that far out there.


SONY is teh evilz?

No more so than other major telecom/entertainment companies. It's endemic in the industry they're in. The only reason Nintendo comes out as somewhat more moral is because they have fewer interests to protect in the shady way that such companies "protect" their interests than Sony does.
