I've looked up a bunch of stuff already. No confirmation that you can just get the card and get the offer. Looking at the site, it appears that you buy products and get "game-miles" with purchases, and depending on your number of points, you get special offers like this one.

Hopefully someone has a coupon they can simply give me. :P
