Actually I believe it ended with the falcon chipset or whatever the chipsets name that came out 1 1/2 years before the slim.  Which would be about 3 years ago....soooo ummm yea, nice BS percentages by the way. 

Let's see MSes official numbers of the failrates for all models, oh wait they didn't release them, I wonder why if the problem was "fixed"
