Lets see which is worse, a free online service being down for a few weeks and no1 lossing anything and if they did Sony is protecting them up to 1 mil, or millions of people having their console die half of them having to pay for any repairs/replacement out of their own pocket I think the RROD is worse
now lets see from a corperate prespective, tens of millions or 1.05 billion
media circus for a few weeks and everyone forgetting vs public being reminded every couple of months for years
yea RROD was way worse
