A note on that CPU... It's a re-badged Athlon 2 x4 with a slightly higher clockspeed (It lacks any L3 cache) and not a true Phenom 2 x4 so performance will be lower.

I would also go with a different motherboard, preferebly one that supports Zambezi which is AMD's upcoming CPU based on the Bulldozer architecture for Socket AM3 plus. (It still supports the regular Athlon 2 and Phenom 2 chips.)
