I don't think Sony cares at all and I think their relationship with From Software is still great, hell the guys from Japan Studio are basically best buds with the guys from From Software. Sony also gets exclusivity in Japan, so that's just an extra bonus for them and they could still release a Demon's Souls 2 and get that fan base to jump on board.
I'd also like to point out to all the people in this thread saying that Sony had nothing to do with Demon's Souls development that Japan Studio had a significant hand in it's development cycle from the beginning. If anyone remembers, the game barely ran when it was being shown in previews before release, Japan Studio stepped up their game and came in and cleaned it all up.
Bet with Conegamer and AussieGecko that the PS3 will have more exclusives in 2011 than the Wii or 360... or something.
