I have never trusted launch systems as reliable. So I will painfully wait at least a year until I here they have improved the hardware. Not really a bad thing as I can pick up plenty of cheap games from this gen.
Also I think it is too soon to know for sure if it is going to be announced this year, I don't care how much IGN's recent article on the idea made sense I still will not rely on rumors.
