Yeah Soul Calibur IV did.
Originally the PS3 had Darth Vader as an exclusive character and the X360 had Yoda as an exclusive character. But eventually Namco released Yoda for the PS3 version and Darth Vader for the X360 via DLC.
Starkiller was common in both versions.
