Now i'll disagree on that point because it works better strategically to kill them off-hand like that, puts fear into the hearts of the terrorist leaders, though that's been more effective with Drones thus far, and fear can prove an effective tool to drive dissension in the upper ranks of these terrorist organizations, and dissension inevitably leads to more intel
Ultimately i'd call the whole thing "regrettable, but necessary"
