Anyone with a brain would know it's impossible or simply not comment.

If they feel they are approaching capacity of the disc then they will simply compress the video further or not have as many cutscenes. You guys do realise that it is the video cutscenes that take up most of the space on the bluray don't you?

Explain how, in your self proclaimed wisdom, its impossible,  since there have been quite a few games this gen that has almost filled up a Dual Layer Blu-ray,  why would it be impossible to make a game that would require a second one.

It wouldn't be impossible to make one, that wasn't the question though.

The ending movie cutscene alone in FFXIII is more than 5GB. FFXIII could easily have been trimmed down 10GB without any noticeable difference simply by not using pre rendered cutscenes in a few areas where they obviously were not needed as these scenes were rendered using the in game engine. I realise that due to RAM restraints they were sometimes used where a scene would change from different places and it would need to happen instantly, there were times when this was not the case though but a pre rendered game engine scene were still used.
