Check for the normal suspects...
Memory CPU and GPU all seated correctly. Sometimes they give errors like this.
Failing PSU ... try removing some of the load especially if it is burdend failing that borrow another one (A good one though)
Failing HDD ... run a disk scan or check for smart messages during post
Faulty monitor
Faulty motherboard
